JULIAN One-Piece Toilet
EPA WaterSense 1.28 gpf
Chair-Height, Elongated Seat
Featuring a classic, understated elegance, the Julian one-piece toilet embodies style that tastefully complements traditional and contemporary bathroom environments. With chair-height and elongated seat dimensions, the Julian combines aesthetics and comfort.
Featuring Icera's EcoQuattro flushing technology, the Julian offers exceptional performance and water efficiency as well. It is EPA WaterSense-compliant, using only 1.28 gallons per flush and capable of clearing over 1,000 grams MaP in independent testing (as compared to an industry average of only 350 grams). With an oversized 2-1/8" trapway (larger than industry standard), clogging is virtually eliminated. Best of all, the flush mechanism is quiet.
A premium, "silent close" toilet seat is included. The package also includes all accessories needed for in-home installation (basic tools are required), and comes with an installation guide. Packaging includes drop-tested, polyfoam inserts to ensure safe, door-to-door delivery.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future.
It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.
Plumbing fixtures
can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new
fixtures
should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.
